Ship to Our US Warehouse
Your suppliers send everything to one address. Each delivery is checked in and shows up in your portal that day.

Whether you're shipping for your business or moving your household, you book online and follow every step from pickup to delivery in our portal. No chasing anyone by email. We price each leg of the trip separately, so it usually costs less than a regular forwarder.
Every shipment gets its own page with the status, documents, invoices and messages in one place. Your supplier, the trucker, the customs agent and our team all work from it, so you always know what's done and what's waiting on you.

We ship your household and your car from anywhere in the US and deliver them to your new home, customs included.
A few boxes go in a shared container and you pay for the space they take. A whole house gets its own 20' or 40'.

Our customs agent clears everything. Some residency categories come with a duty exemption for household goods, and we'll check whether yours does before you ship.
To your door anywhere in Costa Rica. Smaller shipments can also wait for you at our office in Tamarindo.
We plan each shipment around where your supplier is and what you're shipping, and book the route and carriers that cost you least on every leg. Your quote shows each step and its date before you accept.
Tell us what you're shipping and how it gets to us. We'll send back an all-in price, broken down line by line. No commitment.
We start with the route. A lot of forwarders send everything through Florida, wherever it starts. We look at where your supplier is and ship from the port that costs you least to reach. Then we price each leg: on a full container, a few truckers for the drive to the port, several shipping lines for the sailing and a couple of trucking companies in Costa Rica for the delivery. We take the best price on each leg, add our fee and send you one total.
No. We work with licensed customs agents (agentes aduanales) at each port, and the one handling your shipment files the DUA in the portal, where you can see it. If you'd rather use your own agent, we add them to the shipment and they work from there.
Anything that's legal to export from the US and import into Costa Rica. Some goods need a permit first (food, medicine, chemicals), and we'll tell you which when you ask for a quote. Each delivery is checked in the day it arrives and shows up in your portal.
Yes. Smaller loads go in a shared container that sails every week. You pay for the space you use, by the cubic metre (or by weight if it's heavy), and your cargo still has its own page in the portal.
Not yet. Northbound comes next, once our US warehouse is running. The portal already handles both directions.
